Recovery is a spectrum. At Lotus, we understand that every patient is different. When you join Lotus on your path to recovery, we’ll determine where you fall on that spectrum and how intensive your resources need to be according to where you are in your recovery.
How It Works:
First.
Schedule your appointment by either calling 812-390-4580, by filling out the form at the bottom of this page, or by clicking on the button to instantly send an email to Lotus.
*Please include your name and phone number.
Second.
When you come in for your first appointment, we’ll find out where you are on the spectrum of recovery.
Third.
Wherever you fall on that spectrum, we’ll design a custom treatment plan for you to follow.
Get happy.
Once you’re stabilized, the intensity of your treatment will be at your discretion.
There are 3 requirements for staying in the Lotus Addiction Treatment Program:
To see one of our providers once a month.
Attend one counseling session per month.
A monthly drug screen.
Medication Assisted Treatment
$300 Month
Medication Assisted Treatment includes medications such as Buprenorphine, Suboxone, Vivitrol, or Revia.
Includes:
All appointments with prescribers within that month.
One on one appointment with Certified Recovery Specialist
Group Counseling Session
Drug Screen
Counseling Extras
$50 per session. One on One counseling with a Certified Recovery Specialist.
$25 per session for extra group counseling sessions.
*All services must be paid in full, via cash or a credit/debit card, at the time of service.
*Lotus DOES NOT accept medical insurance at this time. Please contact your insurance company to learn more about their reimbursement policy and how to submit an itemized receipt for services rendered.
Non- Medication Assisted Treatment
Blue Lotus
$150 Month
This is a good option for you if you’re:
Currently attending monthly 12 step meetings and are doing well in your recovery.
Interested in taking the non- medication assisted route to start your recovery process.
This also includes a weekly visit with our Certified Recovery Specialist plus unlimited groups and activities.
Green Lotus
$100 Month
Includes a bi-weekly visit with our Certified Recovery Specialist plus unlimited groups and activities.
Red Lotus
$60 Month
Includes one visit with our Certified Recovery Specialist plus unlimited groups and activities.
